Neo, Male, 13 months old Personality: Very friendly around family, shy around new people. Comes off as aloof and antisocial before you get to know him. Backstory: Belonged to an evil scientist. The scientist injected him with neon atoms, which affected his genetic makeup. When the scientist realized that no one would pay for a light-up dog, he was thrown into an alley, hurt. He was found by his adopted parents, who are dogs. He was apparently "broken", his light not as bright as usual. They nursed him back to health, and with tlc, his light is shining as bright as ever. He lives inside of tunnels, dug deep under the city by his family.
