This is one of my newest OC's, and I need you guys to name her! Also, I'll make a project for the gray cat, don't worry. So, this little cat was poisoned at birth in an attempt to minimize the amount of cat's being born. The government constantly poisons kittens belonging to a litter of more than three, but ____ was the only kitten known to be immune to said poison. She was given powers because of this, including the power to numb the mind and induce comas. When she's green, her magic is at the max and ready to be used. So yea xD
