Arrow keys to move, up to jump, press z and then up to long jump while running, down to ground pound, up again while ground pounding to dive (Mario Odyssey style), hold opposite direction while diving to slow dive down, hold z while diving to do a longer and faster than usual long jump upon landing, and you can figure any other tricks out lol.
This is a highly sophisticated Scratch platform engine I've been building for the past like 8 months...well technically I started in like 2016 lol, but I never actually started turning what I had then into this. It's technically built off the one from @griffpatch 's tutorial, but I've built it up, modified it, etc. so much that it's basically my own custom-made engine now, and apart from some broad layout similarities and block names is almost completely unrecognizable from the original. I'm adding all sorts of features and whatnot to this engine, because I'm using it to build a MASSIVE Super Scratch Cat game...and probably later games after that. This game is in fact the "upcoming game" from some earlier projects, and this is the same engine; however, this version is more up to date than what is currently in the game itself. Main addition here of course is the 3D effect, turning this into a 2.5D experience. This was done using stamps for everything behind the player, and clones for things in front, plus visual effects. Doesn't look as good as in Scratch 2.0 (what I'm making it in) because 3.0 has worse, more pixelated graphics, but it still looks great!
