A tilted level that's impossible to navigate on? ~~~~~~~~~Thank you for reading all instructions!~~~~
NOTES The game may run slower (lag) if "Fancy Effects" is set to ON in the main menu. CREDITS~~~~~~~~actual credits below~~~~~~~~~~~ Please give feedback in comments! (what you think) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Inspired by Nintendo's Super Smash Bros. This game is a sequel, mostly built from the ground up to Ultra Battles 2.0. This has 12 characters. You can also post your own tier lists in the comments for fun. Got the idea to make this in Scratch, because I saw someone else make a Smash Bros. styled game, https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/155624459/ thanks for inspiration, @thesuperguidegames ! didn't use code from them, but seeing the success of their game inspired me! thanks for inspirations!! More credits are below. And new characters! -->"Explorer" from SPLAT makes an appearance, with a punch and spin attack! -->"Laser Cat" from Super Speedy Laser Cats makes an appearance, with lasers at their paws to use!! (most overpowered character) New and old characters have different (or slightly same) attacks-- Red can still breathe fire, while Tech can air dash, or slam onto the ground. Picoss from WORLD beta can now summon blocks to use against his opponents, too. CREDITS Some of the music is by me-- the Battledge, Tricolor Ruins, Cavern, Capsule Dragons, Jump Arena are all the tracks I made-- if you use those songs in your own Scratch games or projects, please give credit! That would be nice! A few sounds by Scratch, art drawn by me and the Guest Characters' creators. All programming done by me, for attacks and air dodging and etc., and whoever made the great platformer script engine, and... concept by me inspired from Super Smash Bros.! There's one more Guest Character added! Guest Characters from the original game are by: "Phil" made by (This character is a new one that was supposed to be added to the original) ORIGINAL GUEST CHARACTERS Scrachosphere made by Heroic Warrior (idea and request made by) Candy (playable Capsule Dragon) made by my younger sister! Read more here--v Hey, it's Ultra Battles Countered! (The original project used to say something about a sequel named Ultra Battles Countered coming soon) and now, if you don't know who to play as, use the "random" character. All code except the platforming script is done by me! The platformer script was made by a great Scratcher, so whoever they are, thanks!! (I can't find the original platformer engine I used, but there is one like it that isn't used in this project.) Latest update June 22 2019: very minor changes to level design / bug fixes. character balance updates and various visual improvements. MILESTONES July 11 2019 - Training and Endless 1 player modes are now fully functional. June 24 2019 - hit 40 views, way to go! (wow, a coincidence that it also hit version 2.4.0. version 2.4.0 adds many new improvements. if your computer/laptop lags, try turning off "Fancy Effects" in the main menu.) EXTRA NOTES Yes I know the computer opponent doesn't know how to play my game. That's why you choose 2 player mode and battle someone using the same keyboard. The CP opponent in this game might get improved, and might learn not to self-destruct, however, good things take time and that may be a lot more work than necessary to make computer opponents harder. maybe someone could remix this and make it so the computer opponents know strategy?
