When you press on one of the healthy foods one point will be added to the Good Nutrition Points and when you press on the unhealthy foods a point will be added to the Bad Nutrition Points. When you press the green flag the variables will go back to zero.
The foods that are unhealthy are the donut, cake, takeout (Chinese food), taco, and Cheeto puffs. These are bad because they contain a lot of oil and unhealthy fats that cause health problems if eaten too often. The foods that are healthy are the apple, fruit salad, bananas, orange, and watermelon. These are healthy because they contain water and they give you lots of potassium, healthy sugars, and energy you need to use to get throughout the day.
