Click the start button (obviously). There are interactive things so click on them to see what they do. ONLY click on the baby when you are in the room with CRIB. I couldn't find how to stop in if you were in any of the other rooms. If you select it, then it won't look right. If you do on accident, then click the back button and then go to the room you were in. You can change her baby's diaper, feed her, play with her, and lie her down for a nap. She's a girl and I named her Dondrea, but you can name her whatever name you choose (it's not important in the game).
