Click on the Draw papers to make your first drawing. To sell them, log on to your (in-game) pc and go to Scracmail. Check if there are any e-mails for people who want to buy your drawings. (You won't know how much they are paying until I update it.) For brush sizes (plus a better colour palette) buy stuff in Billy Bob's Art Supplies. For less waiting time for buyers, learn lessons (not actually) in the OnlineArtspace.
