I didn't really have much to work with on this one, but this is how I decided to interpret Phoebe here. :3 I made the little squiggly lines over her body (which kinda resembles sauce on a hotdog XD) into some stripes on a dress. Gave her a side shave too. Idk, just kinda looked like she had one. I wanted to put some reference to her love of dogs in there, and I was going to give her a dog head shaped handbag, but I gave her earrings instead.
