* Press Space or click to see the drawings! * Name: Tru Occupation: Trickster, Piper Age: Unknown, looks about 15 Backstory: Tru lives in a forest glen a little ways away from a large town. He spends much of his time frolicking about and playing the pipes, making sure that he never is being too productive. Though he prefers his isolated and solitary lifestyle, there is nothing he enjoys more in life than tricking a couple of humans. When days get dull and he gets skittish (usually when the moon is full), Tru will venture off in search of a human in need of some good laughs. Usually his pranks are more of a large inconvenience than actually harmful (such as dying a cotton farmer's crop a rather unfortunate shade of pink and enchanting the town clock so it honks every half hour), but he definitely is not to be trifled with. Stories say that bad parents and guardians tend to go missing on nights near the full moon, and when their houses are searched, nothing seems to be out of place except for scattered blue feathers on the threshold. This has earned Tru the slightly ironic title of "pied piper" in this area, and he lurks as an unseen warning to those who employ merciless child labor or even worse crimes. There are many legends surrounding his pipe music and how it can cause insanity, internal bleeding, etc. but none of these rumors have even been truly solidified; most likely because those who do hear his music don't make it out sane or alive...
