I made this project for the amazing person, whose user-name on Scratch is @Silvershimmer43. The song is happy because I am very happy that Silvershimmer43 is still going on Scratch despite the fact that she is very busy with other stuff. Plus not everyone is lucky enough to have a talent to drawing like she those.
