Drag the circle to where you want it to be then CLICK! And there is a bubble. White can be used for erasing parts and the green flag erases everything!
I wanted to make a drawing app but that didn't work so I just made a Bubble Art App! I thank Mac because of the little circles that are red, green, and yellow because that comes from the Mac book.
