This is Pluto. He is the mortal embodiment of the planet Pluto. (Yes Pluto is a planet) He has ice powers and is best friends with his brother Mercury. When I drew him, he felt dapper, so I drew him like dapper. Also his cat’s name is Archibald. He’s pretty lit too.
