Click anywhere on the map except the red circle, and rockets will start flying towards the circle to destroy it. There really is no goal other than just trying to destroy the circle in the least number of clicks. Press "F" to change into draw mode, this allows you to place red blobs. The "Size" slider determines how big that blobs are. Press "R" to change in rocket mode. The "Turn" slider determines how much it turns in relation to its normal direction (normally facing towards the center of the screen).
