Click the green flag for setup, then click on the word/box that says Glitch and watch the derp glitch out! At some point, your Scratch might do something...
I did this on my own using Mac OS TextEdit and Image Glitcher; https://snorpey.github.io/jpg-glitch/ to glitch the images. :)
