Wave you hand at the blue hearts when they fall. They will bounce off your hand and go back up. The goal is to let as few hearts as possible hit the bottom of your screen. You can line up your face with the hat and sunglasses for fun if you want, but if you find them annoying or don't want them, then just hit the space button and they will disappear. If you have made them disappear and you want them back, then hit space again.
