She was so upset that she made it a law that when a child is born they are to be taken to a place were they are all messed up like she was so she doesn't feel out of place|| Sometimes a child will get powers from the fairy wing. This is very rare and if you're caught using your powers or using them in a way you're not supposed to you will be thrown in the dungeon or executed.
