This is the game of Amazons I'll explain it here, but it's Wikipedia page probably does it better (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Game_of_the_Amazons) On your turn (Whose turn it is in indicated by the cursor) you move one of your Amazons. The amazon moves like a chess queen. Then, after moving a Amazon, that Amazon fires an arrow (which also moves like a chess queen from the Amazon's new position), and where it lands, a boulder is placed. Whoever runs out of valid moves first loses. Press "T" to change cursor mode
