Other than her mom being strict, her mom was very caring. M'lynn and her mom were very close. Besides being a troublemaker, her life is pretty normal. although she appreciated her life and family she got bored of living a simple life. she sought after adventure and excitement! so she decided that once she was old enough she would travel on her own around the world, seeing what life had to offer other than a simple lifestyle. although she had her doubts, she was still determined to see the world and its beautiful wonders. she might be small, but she has a burning passion! she was scared to tell her mom but none the less, she couldn´t just keep it to her self! she went and told her mom her dreams of traveling and all the things she wanted to see. after telling her mom, M'lynn waited for her mom to say something in response.after a long awkward silence her mom finally spoke and said that she´ll support her as long as she is happy. as long as she can send letters updating her on where she is she'll be happy too. M'lynn hugged her mom so tightly with a light-hearted smile on her face. she then started packing stuff for her journey and set a destination. she rode a bus from her home in New Paltz to the streets of new york. she saw so many new things she had never experienced before. one time she came across a few homeless cats that looked very skinny. when she saw this she felt her heart break just a little, she then left some food for them. after that, she ran across a human tempting her with food. she was hungry at the time and she decided to eat a bit. after she a ate a bit the human picked her up and took M'lynn with her to her home.
