5 second cool down
Since 3.0 has come out i have not been utilizing scratch as much. i am awfully sorry about that but my Mac wont let it work so i am going to not make any projects unless there is a 2.0 button of sorts but until otherwise this is my last project thanks to @rio127 @shoyjames @cheebe1 and @superdogggieee
