Oh yay, finally I finished one picture... and I will probably add more ^^ (press space for a lineless version) so let's just say this is a work in progress for now... that's why I asked for an extension I really wanna enter for Lost Sakura, I love her design sosososososososossosoooo much, maybe I should make an animation meme of her instead... my art may turn out better if I do that!! :0 You'd probably want me to do the coding though and I'm not the best at that. Backstory So Far (WIP) - Read above first ^ Haru’s fur ruffled in the cool, spring breeze. It was a warm day, and the sun was shining bright, but the wind’s chill prevented it from being too hot. The cat yawned and stretched, enjoying the weather and rolling in the grass. She couldn’t help but think of her old friend, Glacier. Despite him being a dog, he was like a brother to her. Haru was a little bit worried about him. She knew he didn’t like his life, as he lived with criminals. His owners treated him with care and respect, but they encouraged him to help them with their illegal acts, such as robbing stores. Glacier often spilled out his troubles to Haru, who would listen patiently and try to help him out of it. But she hadn’t seen him for ages, and was concerned that he might’ve tried to escape. Haru decided she had to look for him. “Hello? Glacier?” Haru called out, fear rising in her voice. She was losing hope. How was she supposed to find him after this long, anyway? He was probably long gone, if he’d left. Haru sighed and tried to scent him. She crouched down, sniffing the ground and wandering around until, after what seemed like ages, she finally caught a whiff of his scent. As she started to follow it, she realised the ground was getting colder. Haru had always noticed that Glacier’s fur always seemed to be freezing; maybe that was how he got his name. Finally, she found herself standing in his paw prints he had left in the dirt… not long ago at all. Haru slowly tilted her head up, and her jaw dropped at what she saw. It was Glacier! Happier than she’d ever seen him! And he wasn’t alone… Haru’s old friend was surrounded by many dogs and cats, of all different and unique fur colours and patterns. Some had long fur, and even what looked like stars sparkling in them. “Glacier!” Haru shouted, bounding over to him. “Haru! Oh my dog, I was going to tell you- I’m sorry… wait, did you come looking for me?” Glacier asked in shock, wagging his tail. “Yeah! I was worried, but I’m so happy you’re much happier now! I missed you.” Haru meowed. “Hiiiii!! You’re Haru, Glacier’s friend! I’m Winter, nice to meet you~!” A white and gray dog yipped, joining them. “You should totally join us!” “Well… it’s nice to meet you too, Winter… but, Glacier…” Haru turned to him. “Are you going to come back?” “No… my new home is with the Sky Savers. It’s where I belong. It’s great! Just ask Midnight if you can join the pack!” Glacier barked. “Ah, alright. I might as well, I mean… I’m just a stray, anyway.” Haru mewed, happily. She’d found Glacier, and was about to make heaps of new friends! “Yayyyy!!! Let’s go find Midnight~!” Winter howled in delight. “New friend!! Yeaah!” Haru followed Glacier and Winter, surprised at how they were shooting ice and snow at each other from their mouths. She looked around and noticed that most of the other canines and felines were using some sort of power, too. Haru always had a special kind of connection with nature, and whenever she walked near plants or flowers, the next day they’d grow noticeably taller and stronger. Perhaps with a bit of practice, she could learn to manage her powers to do something incredible! Aa I will continue when I have time ^-^
