So I got like a 4k texture of earth and I was like "oh hey what if I tried to do the planet thing on it?". so after taking about 30 minutes to load this 4k image into a globe, it turned it into an oval because I forgot that the texture I was using was a rectangle so it became an oval. so yeah enjoy
