Dear fellow scratchers, I would like to inform you that I'm leaving Scratch. This decision has been made completely by myself - it has nothing to do with anyone else, on Scratch or real life. And I think this decision is for the better, for multiple reasons. ----- Why I'm leaving: There are many reasons I have decided to leave, but the biggest has to be stress. Just recently, the stress of Scratch has gotten worse for me. I can't keep track of all my work, some of it's really old, some of it's not even finished. My art style changes almost every day, and the weight of five accounts is getting too much. I've been @birdparadise, then @-BirdyKitty-, then @starrygriff, @WindChimes-, and finally @Avitriix. It's too much for me to manage all five of them. Another big reason is that Scratch feels too young for me. I mean, I joined when I was 8. Then there's the new update, which has really changed Scratch altogether. For me, so used to Scratch 2.0, it's been hard to get used to. I want to look for a new website, something more advanced, that can really challenge me.
What's next: Like I said earlier, I'm thinking about joining something new. It may be a while, since I'm still busy with things, but when I do I might tell you here. Thanks so much for an amazing 4 years, and I hope you understand.
