This is a draft moveset for Scratch Cat. Attack the horse. Don't worry he won't attack back. He doesn't feel much pain anyway. It takes about 500 damage before he even feels a thing. It's overall HP is a bit over 1000, so good luck defeating him. ;3 Left and Right/A and D keys - Run Up/W - High Jump Spin Attack while High Jumping - Spin Attack, spins at a very high speed (reference to the Sonic the Hedgehog series), and deals 20 damage to opponents (the horse). Down/S - Crouch/Crawl, cancel by jumping, leaping or walking. Probably going to be used to duck under certain attacks. L - Leap, accidentally found, causes Scratch Cat to leap in the direction he faces, not very high but very far very fast. He finishes it with a little slam-like landing. Deals 10 damage. Only works properly if you move a bit and change direction each time. You can't leap into the edge of the stage. The nearer you are to the edge, and facing away from it, the further you go. Leap while High Jumping - 'Glide', unintended but cool feature where you can jump, then leap, like a 'High Leap'. Called it glide due to its similarities with Knuckles's Glide from the Sonic series. Jump while Leaping - 'Taking off', you can also jump while leaping, so you go horizontally then suddenly go up. Leap while Spin Attacking - 'Super Boomerang', you Spin Attack to deal lots of damage, then Leap with enough distance to cover to fly back, then return and land. Space while Leaping - 'Spinning Leap', you Leap, then end it with a nice Spin Attack to double your damage. Jump, Leap then Spin Attack - 'Cunning Cat Combo', a combo of three moves to gain height, speed, distance and deal lots of damage.
Wanted to make a platformer/boss fight with Scratch Cat and platformer physics. Going to test it with this. Moveset actually would work decently with Super Smash Bros., don't you think? xD okay jk this will never make it into Smash since Nintendo and Scratch don't have anything to do with each other, but its still fun.
