I drew this in gimp with my mousepad on my laptop. He's a character from a story and that stuff in the background is part of the world. DO NOT STEAL. Program used: GIMP 2.0 Time took: 1 hour ish. The background is mostly made of brushes off of gimp. I just out them together that way.. ;3
