This is Mark. He calls himself "Ranger." He has 3 siblings and a father still alive (The mother died at childbirth). He is a 13 year old from District 11, and actually took part in the original rebellion that failed, by smuggling rebels through borders. The Capitol figured this out, of course, and they put him in the reaping ball more times than anyone. So as the odds were against him, he was selected. However, his smuggling skills allowed him to find a way to smuggle his pet wolf, "Harvester", with him to the Capitol. By the time that they discovered the wolf, the crowd took a liking to it, and the Gamemasters were forced to have him keep it.
