Green flag and enjoy.
I couldn't help it. I started this account for traditional art only but I ended up giving 3.0 a try and drawing in bitmap. My new profile pic was drawn by me. I was just drawn to it because I wanted to give my shading skills a try, and I was inspired by this song (iloveitiloveitiloveitiloveit). The fingers holding the phone(?) are terrible so don't tell me about it.The glasses are lazy but whatevah. I think my favorite part about this picture is the sweater. I wish I had a sweater like this. I started the color scheme with browns and yellows then ended up using that pretty rose color for a little pop of color. Also, the little sparkles in her eyes were drawn by the 1 sized bitmap paint tool. It's so freaking small that it literally just made pixels. *grumble grumble* Scratch 2.0 or whichever it was before this one would never have been so small and have such bad quality. But actually it worked out in the end because it made nice sparkles for her eyes so who's complaining? (I sort of am mentally because Scratch 3.0 messes up the quality like heck.) But eh, the Scratch team is clearly ignoring the people who complain so I won't since 3.0 does have some major pluses. Like the huge color variety. And paint tool size. One more thing: Try not to complain about 3.0, people. Scratch worked hard on it so cut them some slack. You're just upset (some of you anyway) because new Scratch means adjustment and y'all may be lazy and close-minded. By all means: shut up and don't be! Y'all be drivin' me crazy with your complaining. Some of you may have quality problems using 3.0 and I totally understand that but those of you who are complaining because the tools may seem harder to use, well ya better get used to it. No need to quit. You guys are amazing artist and quitting shouldn't be an option. Whew! That was way more than I meant to write. So anyway, have a nice day amigas and amigos.
