Flow and Burn were born to Blaze and Shine of TideClan. Shine fought in the TideClan resistance band a mere 5 moons after their birth. The battle was over in minutes and TideClan was punished. Shine died fighting and Blaze was killed for being his mate. The kits were raised by another nursing queen. Burn: Burn is the charismatic one. Very much the leader, he protects Flow. He is strong and fearless and a valued member of the Clan. When the call comes from Aire about the Phoenix, he tries to convince Flow to come with him to be one of the Nine. They leave it too late and Dew chooses to be a member. Torn between this new calling and his brother, Burn is pushed to become one of the Nine. The brothers split up for the first time. Flow: Flow is very much in his brother's shadow. He's shy, retiring but quietly talented. He doesn't really want to be the Phoenix so he encourages his brother to go instead. The siblings seperate and for the first time Flow comes into the light.
