Classic space shooter... except the game changes the direction from time to time (vertical to horizontal, to inverted, to 45 degress, etc.) Mouse left and right, click to shoot the meteorites and UFOs. Beware of your temperature, you'll explode if it gets too high. There are 13 levels! Good luck! Even us, as programmers, we got addicted! ;-)
100% original. Some sounds and sprites are from the Scratch library. The rest has been produced "manually", including the laser and explosion sounds! Everything is sprite-based, with many clones (each star is a separate clone). Score, temperature and lives are drawn using Pen. To be done: ---------------- - Change the display of the score to use sprite clones - Change the display of the lives to use sprite clones - Display the speed of the spaceship - Draw the stars using Pen, instead of clones? - Show the score at the very end - Remember the highest score Changed: Oct 26: - switch from vector to bitmap for "stage xx" and "play" sprites - made meteorites brighter
