@RedEyedMedic helped me little she becomes this form when she gets all the 7 ice crystals, which are thingies @RedEyedMedic made up XD,they're like Chaos emeralds. Basically they're pieces of special ice that are shaped like crystals or some flip and anyone who has ice and snow powers becomes their Frost form when they get all 7
