Just type in a number between 1 and 1023 and it will convert it for you. Note that decimal means base ten counting (not with decimal points) and binary means base two counting.
It is quite simple. Each Sprite has a toggle variable. Each sprite will wait a controlled amount before toggling the variable. It then adds them to a list. When you want a number it finds it on the list and tells you.
