You are Woah Man. Use the arrow keys to move and space to attack. Keep Dr. Neon's robots from reaching the other end of the screen. The boss will appear when your score is 300. Don't get hit by Dr. Neon when he's running. To damage Dr. Neon, you have to jump over the dirt mounds and hit him before he starts running again. Don't get hit by his head. Repeat 10 times and he's dead.
This is the first thing that I created that was not purposefully lame. At least, it's not lame when you get to the boss. Hope you like it. Comment on what to add or improve, and I might make a sequel. P.S. Defeating Dr. Neon is so hard, not even me, the creator, has done it. Also, the end might be a little glitchy, since I can't reach it to make sure it works.
