I worked incredibly hard to get this released early, and I hope that it gets the right amount of attention. This game supports mobile! You can activate it by clicking on the phone icon in the top-right corner. Good luck trying to beat it on that mode, though. There are a lot of bugs as of now, but I will fix then later on in the future don't worry. Be sure to give feedback aside from "MOBILE MODE IS TOO HARD" ---WHATS IS THIS??????--- Minate's Cringequest Demo 2 is an upgraded version of the first demo to better showcase the gameplay of the upcoming final project. It is a turn-based RPG game with a little extra mechanics. ---AAAA HOW DO I PLAY!?!?!?!--- Minate has 3 main options: -Action - Minate's attacks -Hammerspace - A funny word for Inventory -Concentrate - Allows Minate to react to an attack easier and increase his PX more. There are four different types of attack actions; Combo, Smash, Ranged, and Special attacks. Each type requires different inputs: -For Combo (green), press the Z, X, C or V buttons in the order shown. -For Smash (yellow), hold Z to move the line shown and release as close as you can to the end of the bar. -For Ranged (red), press Space (or any of the aforementioned keys) when the moving line is near the middle line. Additional lines will appear on either side and you'll have to press space again when they're near your line. -For Special (blue), press the key shown when the moving line is in the yellow box in the middle. The key will shift occasionally. Minate's moveset: Sweet Moves (0 PX) - Basic move for if you want to attack without spending PX. Does physical damage. Rod Slam (5 PX) - Powerful move that does physical damage. Jolting Punch (10 PX) - Does a combination of PX and physical damage. Less powerful than the rod slam, but can stun enemies. Shock of Awe (30 PX) - A PX attack that can stun. Kilobolt (30 PX) - A PX attack that cannot stun but does a lot of damage on a single target. Lightning show (75 PX) - Targets all enemies and can stun. Does PX damage. If you are using a single-target move on more than one enemy, select with the arrow keys and spacebar, or click on one if on mobile mode. Keep in mind that different enemies have different strengths and weaknesses. Most notably, some are able to resist being stunned by more than one turn, or be unaffected by it. Your attacks can miss if your attack is too weak or your enemy is too fast. Hammerspace items info: Bomberry Jam - AKA Skepou Jam. An explosive jar that deals a lot of single-target damage. When an enemy attacks, press Z when the line that shows up is in the green zone, or X when it is in the green or yellow zone. Use either of them to avoid or significantly reduce damage from enemy attacks. Dodging/Blocking will not work well on some enemy attacks, so keep track of them. The Blue Stickman can inflict sadness, which reduces your attack. Too long; didn't read? I hope you're a tactile learner.
