Move mouse to move crosshair. If it is in a place where you want a circle, press one and enter the information about the circle. If it is in a place where you want a line to end, press two and then click where the other end should be. Changing snap changes the size of the squares on the imaginary grid. Changing pen hue changes the colour of the pen. The word underneath is guidance as to what the numbers mean. Pen hue can be changed with up and down arrow keys.
