Oc used: Goldensun Basically, what's happening in the picture is that Pebblestone pushed Goldensun into the ocean and she thinks she's gonna drown but instead she sprouts wings and flies out of the ocean. The picture is basically her just getting the wings. :) BTW I don't use other programs (being honest)
