This is my entry for the Friends CC Open Competition. A big thanks to Silver-skies for creating this competition! The lineart of the cats is from Silver-skies although I slightly changed some aspects of it. ・‥…━━━☆ Backstory of the Picture ☆━━━…‥・ The cat on the left is Moonwatcher, my favourite warrior cat OC and on the right is Firebringer, one of my other favourite cat OC's. Both of them are in love, and they pretty much grew up together. They both were born in ThunderClan, but Firebringer had to leave the Clan when he was a young warrior due to a prophecy which was interpreted incorrectly. The prophecy is: Flame and Moon shall bring endless doom when they are together as one. The flame must be quenched by the river or else the Clans will become none. The prophecy refers to an actual flame and the moon, but ThunderClan sent Firebringer to RiverClan thinking they could 'quench' the flame. The picture depicts a battle between RiverClan and ThunderClan fighting only a moon after the reveal of the prophecy's true meaning (the prophecy referred to a fire that broke out and had to be quenched by the actual river before it touched the moon). Firebringer is let back into ThunderClan (by Moonwatcher) and they are both relieved to be together again (The leader dies in this battle and Moonwatcher becomes leader, as she was deputy). Moonwatcher makes Firebringer her deputy and both cats still live to this day (I love them too much to loose them!!).
