So... This is how the MAP works. it's either PMV or AMV, idc. RULES: 1. Read all the rules you sneak! 2. This is an OC MAP, you can choose an OC and add them to your part.. 3. You can do PMV or AMV idc. 4. You MUST use the palette, you can SLIGHTLY change the colors but not too much or I'll ask you to fix it. 5. I'll need 2-3 animation / art examples. 6. I'll also need the codeword which is inside. 7. I'd like to see more human-like characters than animal characters... just so you know. 8. 1 part MAX per person. 9. Only ask for a part if you KNOW you can do it. I really don't wanna see a lot of drop-outs :D 10. When commenting... fill out this bio: // what part you want // codeword // the ref for the OC you'll be using // 2-3 animation examples // But this is no ordinary MAP, this is basically a mashup of songs, telling the story of characters, one (DAY) is trying to find (NIGHT) and (NIGHT) is trying to escape the darkness they are in. Your character (which has to be you OC and YOURs alone) is trying to escape the darkness. Depending on which part you pick, you can animate / draw your OC in desperation, hope, daring and trying to escape. They are alone, you may only use ONE character. If you have a part that says 'DAY' then you use the Day palette, show your character outside in a wilderness, looking for someone. (it'll be the character in the NIGHT palette) If you have a part that says 'NIGHT' then you use the Night palette, have your character in a dark area (dont do detailed background, just pitch black with rocky cave-like lines. (because they're stuck in a cave) You can have a white light shining on them if you'd like as a 'way out') They're longing to get out of the 'cave' or wherever they are. YOU MAY NEVER HAVE TWO OR MORE CHARACTERS IN YOUR PART. JUST ONE. I know this may sound confusing, but bare with me. There's a general guideline beside each part so you understand. PARTs: Intro - NIGHT - Title of MAP / character in darkness, light shining on them. Tears fall down their face. @ part 1 - NIGHT - Character, sad, in dark cave, light shining on them. despair. No way out. @ part 2 - DAY - Missing character, tear falling down their face, but they put on a brave face and keep walking (they're in a forest) @ part 3 - DAY - Character standing above forest, wistful expression. @ part 4 - NIGHT - Character on their knees, in pain and crying. Wistful, longing @ part 5 - DAY - Trekking through forest, wondering where the other character is. Wondering if they're okay. Worried expression. @ part 6 - NIGHT - Character is climbing the rocky walls of the cave, they fall and scream. In desperation. they can't get out. part 7 - NIGHT - Character stands up, with a brave expression. They start to climb rocky walls of the dark cave. part 8 - DAY - Character crying out, shouting. probably asking: "WHERE ARE YOU?!" But no one responds. twisted face. @ part 9 - NIGHT - Your character in cave, throwing a fit because they can't get out and failed many times. (throws stones at the cave walls, looks up at the light *the exit*) @ part 10 - DAY - Character slips on stone (or smthn) and falls down hill of forest, gets up, weakened and upset. @ part 11 - NIGHT - Character is on their knees, crying out loud, in oblivion and anger. (bc being stuck in a cave is driving them insane) @ part 12 - DAY - Character running past trees, determined to find the person they are looking for. (show them running through / past trees with a determined face) part 13 - DAY - Character sees a cave-like hole in the forest, they smile bc they know they've found their friend. @ part 14 - NIGHT - Character sees a rope being tossed down from the light, they climb it, as they climb a hand is extended towards them, they grab the hand. @ Outro - DAY & NIGHT (you can have two characters here) - the two Characters are walking back from the forest, side by side. Happy. @
the song is NOT called 'Free me from the dark' this is a mash-up of song MAP parts, I find it worked in a weird broken way :) YES IT SOUNDS GLITCHY AND BAD. That's because they're all a bunch of random songs. Yes you can probably recognize 'Faded' XD
