Instructions

Stressland is where all of the Scratch Writing Camp leaders live. The planet is named after the high levels of stress that all of the leaders go through each day. Stressland is part of its own galaxy, and it is the largest planet in the galaxy, measuring up to fifty-two thousand miles in diameter. Many of the other planets in the galaxy include Worryfield, Mount Paranoia, and Anxiousplace. Nobody that lives on Stressland is quite sure why it's bright yellow, but many people have theories. One theory is that the high levels of stress actually cause the temperature to rise, and that the soil on Stressland could be color-changing. Another theory is that a long time ago, the people of Worryfield were so nervous that the comets were going to hit their planet, that they actually went and moved the stars manually, accidentally hitting Stressland in the process. However, if this were true, there might be craters just like on Worryfield. The people that live in Stressland are the leaders of Scratch Writing Camp, but they are so stressed all the time! Many of the people that live on Stressland like to read and write, and that is where they spend most of their time. You can walk anywhere and you will see people sitting down or even standing and walking around with notebooks or laptops, writing novels or even articles or essays. They also like to connect with their campers using the very creative app 'SWCOn-The-Go'! Created by Lulu of the Short Story Cabin, it is used everywhere on Stressland. One unique feature on the planet is the texture of the soil. Unlike Mount Paranoia, which has grassy soil, or Worryfield, with craters, or even Anxiousplace, with rock hard dirt, Stressland has very soft and puffy soil. Many of the inhabitants have even described the experience to be like 'walking on a cloud' to some reporters during an interview. Many people on Stressland also like to grow special plants called Luslies that are native to the planet. You can eat Luslies, and the cool thing about them is that they never spoil or go bad. One time, a native Stresslander checked to see if their Luslies had gone bad. However, the Luslies were still fresh and they were a good snack. The Stresslander made sure to share their Luslies with the neighborhood. In addition to having Luslies, many Stresslanders also like to have pets called Dats. Dats are a cross between the dogs and the cats that are found on Earth. Too many people on Stressland were stressing about whether dogs or cats were better. Instead of debating, they decided to cross the two species so that people wouldn't argue anymore about the topic. People take their Dats with them everywhere, and they are very easy to spot. If you see something furry poking through the dusty soil, it is most likely a Dat. For anyone that stresses a lot, Stressland might be the perfect place for you! You should definitely come and visit sometime!
