About: The Aster flower is a daisy-like wildflower that is known for it's star shaped head. The story of the creation of the Aster comes from Greek mythology. The Greek Goddess, Astraea, was so upset by how few stars there were in the dark sky, that she began to cry. As she wept, her tears fell to the ground and turned into star-shaped aster flowers.
