Hi welcome to chilli's This song is 7 inches from the midday sun Those are my characters Blue and Red. I'm giving @Megafrostwolf a cookie for correctly guessing they are from Animal Jam. RULES THAT YOU MUST READ TO GET A PART IN THIS MAP: > There's a ton of rules because I want this MAP to go well. Read them all or risk not getting in, having to redo your part, the art, or the coding, or just being kicked or replaced without warning. There's no codeword to get in, but there are rules so you don't get kicked out. > If you don't get into the MAP, your comment will be deleted. This doesn't mean you're a bad artist, it means I think your style won't fit with the aesthetic. If you think you won't get in, you'll never know until you try. > Here's a tip: I take animation skill over art skill. > I want a mix of more advanced animators and not as advanced animators. > Please wait until I approve you to start working. > You can remix this for fun, just make sure I know it's not a part in the MAP. If you want to host a MAP with this song, cut your own audio. Don't steal mine. > This is an OC MAP. Do not use characters from fandoms (eg. Sonic characters, Eddsworld characters, Warriors characters.) However, you may use fandom OCs (eg. Pokemon OCs, Sonic OCs) > Please have one or more characters show up in your part. If no characters show up, I will ask you to redo. > This MAP is AMV. Your part must have animation. I don't care if you think your animation is bad. It won't get better unless you animate. > Do not overload your part with details. Make sure you can tell what's going on without watching the part a hundred times. Sometimes simple is better. > On the contrary, your part should not be super boring. Have some dynamic movement and poses. > Do not steal art or you will be kicked from the MAP. If you know someone is stealing art, please alert me. > Do not say someone's part is bad or you will be kicked from the MAP. I do not tolerate this at all. > You can take up to 3 parts in this MAP. Try to effectively communicate the story without someone having to read the story behind your part. > You are allowed two broadcasts per part. They should be named something like 'Part__ A' and 'Part__ B'. If you don't need them, don't use them. > Do not add words or lyrics on screen or I will find someone else to do your part. I'm not kidding. Characters are only allowed to lipsync the song, nothing else. > Try your hardest to do this in one sprite. If you need two, It's fine, but please try to use one sprite. The max amount is two, but only if you absolutely need it. Do not use the background for backgrounds. Use a second sprite if the background must be separate. >There is no codeword as I am sick of them and they don't work anyway. If you don't read the rules and then your part breaks them, you'll just be kicked. Believe me, I love kicking people. > Don't use the backdrop at all. No backdrop animating. > I'd rather you use the software that's easiest for you to animate with. I honestly don't care what software you use as long as it's size is 480 x 360 (the size of the scratch stage) and doesn't have a watermark > "If you aren't having fun, you aren't doing it right" > Don't say your part is lazy or bad if you tried your best. Your part is fine. I think it's fine. > Please, however, try your best. > You have two months to finish your part. That should be plenty. I'm not too harsh about deadlines, though.
