This is my province, Nova Tallinia (officially the Parliamentary Republic of Nova Tallinia). Its flag is located in the bottom right hand corner.
I named my province Nova Tallinia because the area of the province is located in Estonia. Nova means "new" in Latin, and Tallinn is the capital of present-day Estonia. So, it became Nova Tallinia. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I worked really hard on that flag.
