Yeet Yeet got a treat See my full collection here: https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/313253109/ Click, WASD, space, or arrow keys! :) ——— Me and my family were originally going to actually search for Yooperlite in upper Michigan, but then we realized it was expensive, in the middle of nowhere, had a limited time where we could find them, and was a heck ton of a long drive. So, we just decided to go the cheaper way of buying it lol :’) Here you’ll see some photos of the yooperlite, which is really smol (about the size of a half dollar) with the news article it came out on, a UV light, and under the UV light! Random facts about Yooperlites: - Yooperlites got their name from the saying “Yoopers”. Standing for U. P. Which stand for Upper Peninsula. Which they are found in the upper peninsula of Michigan. - Yooperlites are fluorescent sodalites! - Erik Rintamaki is the person who discovered Yooperlites. The first two he had found were the size of dimes. - Yooperlite is found from Whitefish Point to Grand Marais in Michigan. Although there are some reports of finding them in Minnesota. Thanks for reading, have a nice day!
