Originally, this was just a simple AI test based on how the ghost pathfinding AI works in the original Pac-Man arcade game. I've turned it into a functioning game. You still can't eat the ghosts, there's no scores, and fruits don't appear, but it's still playable! Very hard, though.
Credit to Namco for the Pac-Man franchise and all properties within, including all characters, graphics, sound effects, and (if you could call it that) music. Code is a recreation of that found in the original Pac-Man arcade game, so I'm not sure where the credit goes there, so I'm just going to say both.
