This is Storm, my newest oc. She can travel through timelines, turn invisible, summon mini-bats, communicate with close buddies and can control the weather (hence the name, Storm.) She is friends with Ultra, Infinite, Uber, Sunny and Lucas, but only Disaster HATES her. She loves hanging out with friends (literally), rainy weather, and usually only comes out at night. (This oc is actually based off something I created at school. We were in school and we used toilet roll tubes, felt, paper, marker and googly eyes to make a bat uwu)
C2a WARNING! There are spoilers for Unconscious below. Backstory: She was created by Chlorophette, to assist Ultra as she powers up. She travels to Electrikim to Serve as Ultra's decoy, and can communicate telekinetically with her to read her thoughts and what she wants my other ocs to hear.
