Simeone The dragonair lives near the crystal waterfall. She is level 31, and does not want to evolve into a Dragonite. She is Quirky and highly persistent. In result, she hardly ever has troublepersuading others. Her life long dream is to win a pokemon contest in the Sinnoh reigon.
