Move around your mouse to draw a trail. This imitates the paper worm brush of dA Muro. Press space to clear and mouse down to paint.
Thanks to @TheLogFather for the quad fill and soft lines! Sometimes the shadow will render over the polygons. If that happens, pressing space might help.
