The glass (darker grey with diagonal lines) needs to be lit but you can not place a light on it. The candle does not need to have a light shining on it. The Vampire (Black square with a smiley face) cannot have a light shining on it.
Congratulations to scratchboybob and samgameplex for managing to solve level 23 with one fewer light than I thought was possible! Also congratulations to CatsAre2Cute for solving level 17 with 1 fewer light than I thought possible (Not I think it's a much more difficult level since this took a while for anyone to see)
