Also adding things to Garen E 21/4/2022 Nearly 500 views! 20/5/2023 Seems that this needs a revamp? I gave the Q and E a huge change, looks much more smooth and less buggy! I also changed R and health bar.This is the best and biggest update this project has ever had! Still need to work on some more stuff though. 21/5/2023 Made the ult actually useful, also added the better health bar to garen.
