This is the Continue/Game Over Screen in The SpongeBob Squarepants: Supersponge Japanese Bootleg made for the JPN PS3 in 2009 by KidZap. (KidZap is not a real company.) When you press no, it will show SpongeBob with a tlilted head with blood coming out, an eyepatch covering his fallen out right eye, and a cast covering his right arm. (Sorry if i draw japanese font horribly.)
