*click space* Slide 1: Feather looking up at me. Slide 2: I believe this is a 20-25 gallon bin. This is her main play station. It has two hideouts, a chew hideout, two rocky things to help her nails, a cardboard tube (which I like to replace everyday), a mineral lick (which she hardly uses), two apple wood sticks, a little playground, and a wheel. Slide 3: This is where she eats and it doesn't have very many toys- it's mainly just so she has space to do whatever in there. (another 20-25 gallon bin) Slide 4: This is a Crittertrail. I didn't know anything about small rodents before this so I got a Crittertrail. Now I just use it for air and water purposes. Basically, it can get stuffy in those bins (I drilled holes so they won't suffocate of course), so there is more air for her. Along with that, I guess it's now a water station because there are 3 water bottles in there XD Slide 5: I did forget to take a photo of just the ten gallon tank with the bedding, but you can still see it here. Normally, I do prefer to to fill it up all the way but this time I didn't have enough bedding. At the top, you can kind of see a ball with bedding in it. She sleeps in it sometimes. Overall, this is how her cage looks like.
If you are a new rodent owner, I will suggest this type of cage set up since it is very activity stimulating for the rodent. But it isn't completely necessary- so don't worry about getting a cage the size of mine, just close! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ It seems as if people keep seeing this project for some reason, so I'll just put it out! My gerbil's Tik Tok is : featherthegerbgerb. She's definitely not famous, but she's cute :3 I like to film her eating XD *oh wow, 198 views* *and now 217*
