![7/Stuff is Way [WARNING: GLITCH EFFECTS]](https://cdn2.scratch.mit.edu/get_image/project/324348244_480x360.png)
Warning: this contains considerable glitch and fourth-wall-breaking effects. May be disturbing. You have been warned. YEET. PRESS FLAG TWICE FOR BEST TIMING Explanation of what's happening: So basically this is in my own little post-apocalyptic human warriors AU where basically forever ago planet earth got invaded by aliens, and these are the twolegs. Human civilization as we know it is gone, and most humans are, again, being kept as domestic pets by the twolegs. But some of those who are free have started up their own civilizations -- I.E., the clans, the tribes, etc. Starclan, the Dark Forest, etc., are all kind of creations/extensions of some late advanced technology which has been mingled with some stray alien technology/stuff (Alien technology is quite organic and almost... gaseous? Basically there are stray bits of it floating around that give things the ability to affect the real world, and slowly adapt the existing technology with which they interact to be more organic like it.) Starclan in particular has evolved from a program whose original purpose was intended as a mix between therapy and history recording; to record or "upload" the minds, memories, and physical appearances of the dead and retain them at their best to help advise the living, guided by further code. Eventually, with the unpredictability of the organic alien tech mixing with the original program's goal, the dark forest was created, and it is seen by the program as a bit of a... glitch or a virus. So the prophecy/powers of the three became a debugging program pretty much. Idk, I"m kinda rushing through this and there's a whole lot more to talk about but that's kind of the gist as it applies here. So this is the dark forest battle, first frame is the three, and then we have hawkfrost being a glitch in the algorithm. I'm not entirely satisfied with some of my art on this, but I've already gone over 120 hours since I got the backup, I believe, and it works. And the hawkfrost picture (the version with purple eyes, not green) is pretty good if I do say so myself. Also, I added some fourth-wall-breaking effects because I've been thinking for a while it would be cool to do some of that -- glitch effects that connect to the program or video that they're being used in. In the end, while I didn't get it in the way I'd hoped, I was able to sort of put it in by having a pallette version of the project loading screen as the background behind the glitching. And then I decided to have Hawkfrost look at the viewer at the end to further cement the idea -- which is not canon in this warriors AU but which I wanted to mess with -- that this is a glitch not only in-world, but that applies to you, the viewer. I also tried to use the yellow-green palette solely to represent the glitching/electricity and stuff. The only places where it's used besides that background "loading project" gif are the electricity sparking from the pieces of Jayfeather's Stick (which is an ancient technological device that was used to connect to early coders and code or something I'm still working it out) and hawkfrost's eyes at the very end. Gosh, I wrote a lot-- sorry about the rambling. If you actually got this far you have a much better attention span than me. Congrats! Have a virtual crepe! :D
Programs used: Medibang Paint, Autodesk Sketchbook (a little for hair textures and stuff), and Adobe After Effects (for the loading project screen).
